With a background as a skilled trade and technical professional, Dean has over 15 years of management experience in the commercial and residential construction sectors in both the UK and New Zealand. He has held various senior management roles in over a decade at Naylor Love and was appointed as our Waikato/BoP Regional Director in 2023.

Personable and strong in relationship building, Dean fosters a collaborative working environment. Known for his hands-on approach, he maintains high standards across his teams, always striving for excellence.
